The Workplace Disability Network of the Black Hills (WDNBH) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and empowering employers to confidently hire, support, and retain individuals with disabilities. We work alongside businesses to provide practical training, resources, and connections that strengthen workforce participation and improve employee retention.
WDNBH offers employer-focused education on topics such as disability awareness, people-first language, reasonable accommodations, essential job functions, and ADA-related best practices. We also provide individualized consultation to help businesses navigate workplace accommodations and connect with community and workforce resources.
Serving businesses across the Black Hills, WDNBH helps employers expand their talent pipeline, reduce barriers to employment, and create workplaces where employees of all abilities can succeed. Through partnerships, training events, and community engagement, we support economic growth by helping businesses build strong, inclusive, and sustainable teams.
