Epiphany Mental Health

Epiphany Mental Health is a single owner mental health practice that opened in Belle Fourche in January 2026 with the desire to make access to mental health services a right and not a privilege. I am the only EMDR certified therapist within a 50-mile radius. I’ve also been credentialed to accept most insurance plans (including Medicare, Medica Advantage, TRICARE, and Medicaid) and offer extended weekday appointments and every-other Saturday appointments either in-person or online. The online option is available to residents of South Dakota and Montana.
