D.C. Booth Historic National Fish Hatchery and Archives welcomes visitors to the historic, federal, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service hatchery and museum for an educational closeup view of the fish production process!

With over 160,000 visitors annually, the dedicated volunteer hosts at the Visitor Center, Museum, Railcar and Historic House bring the hatchery experience alive with educational tours. Educational programs/tours are provided for the public during business hours from 9am-5pm, May-Sept., on an as-come, as-needed basis.

Rocky Point Recreation Area

Rocky Point Recreation Area is located on the 8,000-acre Belle Fourche Reservoir. The reservior was created in 1911, when Orman Dam was constructed to store water for agricultural use.
